St Margaret Mary’s Wraparound Care
We are mindful that many parents work or have commitments that make it difficult for them to fit in with school hours, and so we offer ‘Wrap Around Care’ on the school site.
This is available for all children from Nursery through to Year 2 and is run and delivered by school staff. Each session is managed by one of our Wraparound Managers and operated by members of the support staff. The provision is inspected by Ofsted, and also receives regular inspections of policy and practice by the Local Authority so that parents and carers can be confident about the quality of care provided.
The Wraparound Care Managers are Miss Mahoney and Mrs Harris.

BREAKFAST CLUB
8.00 a.m. to 8.50 a.m. £3.25 per session
A Breakfast Club operates each morning in the school canteen.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
3.15 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. £8.50 per session
St Margaret Mary Wraparound Care is booked and paid for online through ParentPay. Please contact Mrs Austin or Miss Anderson in the school office should you need any help or advice in using this service.
To guarantee a place at Breakfast or Afterschool club bookings must be made and paid for on Thursdays by midnight the week before you require the place.
Late bookings will not be accepted and there will not be any exceptions.
The gate on Pilch Lane will be opened for Breakfast club from 8.00am.
After School club will be open each day until 5.30pm. Parents may collect their children from 3.45pm from the school canteen, via the gate on Pilch Lane. Late collections will incur a fee of £10.
We now have a mobile contact telephone number for Wraparound Club – this number will only be in operation for the hours of 4.00pm until 5.30pm. Please use this number if you need to make contact with the Wrap Around Managers during these times.
